When we started this journey, our biggest source of inspiration was the miraculous plant called the Rose of Jericho in the depths of the desert, where our path crossed in a different way at a very important threshold of our lives, after which our company was also named. This proud and persistent desert plant, from the moment it breaks away from its soil, hurtles around until it finds a drop of water, opens with a drop of water, dries up again when the water recedes, is reborn years later in another drop of water, dries up and so exists in an immortal cycle in which it is tossed again. This cycle of death and rebirth continues eternally—a testament to nature's tenacity.
This plant dries up, comes back to life, dries up and is reborn —over and over again!
It's for this very reason that we refer to this gorgeous plant, thriving between the realms of Tel Aviv and Palestine, in the historic city of Jericho—one of the world's oldest—as 'weird, unusual, and rare'. This extraordinary plant forms the core of our company's name and magical story.
